Since you lost you SIM card, the only way is to use your email to process your 2FA.
To login use your email address as the username and use your password you provided during activation.
If you cannot remember your password, use the reset password link on the login page to change your password.

@Gailcornell585 you might need to change to a temp email address to get it working.
but please open ticket with support and work with them for a solution
If that still does not work, then open ticket with PM support using Charbot and they will sort it out for you
1. Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

You'll have to get a new sim card and then do a sim card change once you can login to your account.
If you can't access your account or email address, than you'll have to get help from a Customer Support Agent.
Use the Chat Bot Simon to get a service ticket started.
