I didn't interpret this as the OP forgetting which e-mail address was used, but rather that the OP doesn't have that e-mail address any longer and therefore cannot use the automated password reset feature. However, yes, a CSA can reset the password and also change the e-mail address on the account.

@Kyraparenteau if you need to use Chatbot to open a ticket with PM , follow this and it will guide you to the ticket open page quicker
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

you need to Contact Customer Support Agent by CS_Agent ,Explain your issue to
they can solve your issue, they are nice Service Team they will help you 100%.
and them will reset for you,

@Kyraparenteau You don't remember your email used for activation? Try all the emails you have first, double checking for typos.
Otherwise you need to contact customer support to reset your email...click the chatbot bubble bottom right of screen to submit a ticket or click the envelope icon top right to send a private message to CS_Agent.
Edit: Oh you don't have access to your email anymore. Send a message because you need customer support to add a new email to your account.
