Did you possibly deal with some credit card problems recently?
When was the last time you paid? If you have no services then when did it stop?

Do you still have the sim in a phone? Dial 611 and what recording do you get? Or from another phone dial 1-855-4pu-blic and enter your number and listen.

Try a different browser or device or use private mode. If on a mobile browser, try desktop mode.

@dheppelle hi was your account suspended more then 90 days? if it was your account is closed permanently if that's not the reason use a different browser in secret or incognito mode reboot and try again
