Can't login to my account, $100 in credits lost, please help

Hi,

I'm unable to login or even reset my password in the account that had $100 in credits. What happened to this money?

i don't think your money is lost, i'm sure a moderator can look into this.  I'm sure all you'll need to give them is your phone number.  They'll most likely be able to get to password and username reset.  Good luck, but i'm sure you'll be alright.  Only issue would be being patient and waiting for a moderator to get in touch with you.

The password reset function doesn't work.  If that is needed to access an account, the moderator team should be contacted.  The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.  Refer to the following knowledge base link for information on contacting the moderator team.

@sandykopo I'd suggest you private message the Public Mobile Moderator Team for assistance.  They can check your account and reset your login password.  Please see below for the details:

 

How can you get help with your account, activation, or service?

In your message please include:

  • PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

  • Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

How long until they reply?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9am to 9pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during office hours, in the order in which they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.
