For some strange reason I am not able to log in to my account but obviously still able to lo in to my community account. What gives?

This happened right after I re-set my password - I'll do as you suggest and wait 1/2 hr or so and try again --

@El_Gato  Did you see option for “didn’t get code “ tap it sometimes it will give option to send code to email instead . If still no luck you can use this. Direct link to support to help you gain access

or tried using Incognito mode?? what is the exact error message?

try to reset password first. After reset, wait 15 mins before login and hope it helps
