Can't login into account

Hi there, 

I just purchased a plan and when trying to transfer my old phone number, it locked me out of the account. 

I now can't log in since it's giving me a "Forbidden A1" error. I cannot contact anyone also since I need to be logged In to submit a ticket...

Can someone help?

Hi @Lazyboo @hTideGnow  I have the same issue. I am in the middle of a new activation. I am in contact with a CS agent. However, I sent updates regarding the site and app being down about half an hour ago. I have not received a response as yet. Please let me know if you received any resolution.
