I can’t log into my account. I tried to reset, but it told me that my answer to my security question was wrong. Then my account was locked. Then after a few hours, I tried again but still did not work. Please help

You will need to contact moderator to reset your password and get access to your account. Expect 1-2 days response time though.

Open a ticket by going to https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/ and then typing in "rep".
