Could you please define 'can't log in'.
Your log in gets rejected? Lost password? Cannot change pass?
Try standard approach: use different browser or incognito mode.

HI @Balqis_Ehsan Please first try to use Forgot Password link on the login page. Just need to enter the correct email address and answer the security question and you can then reset the password
If you cannot reset it that way, open a ticket with PM CS Agent and they can reset it for you, Click on the Bubble or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
