Can't log in to pay

Hi there, 

I am having issues with logging into my account in order to pay for my plan. I have tried to reset my password, but I end up with the screen below. 

Please help.

Hi @tonyg.  Unfortunately, the forgot password system is unreliable.  The best way to get your password reset is to send a private message to the moderators team.  Be sure to include your account number and PIN.  They'll get you back into your account.  They are gone for the night, but will be back at 9AM (EST).
