I'm trying to set up a new account and port a number from Koodo. At the moment, PM won't even let me sign in (have tried on app and on computer). It sends me an email with a confirmation code, but when the code is entered, the app resets, and I get a "Forbidden A1" message at the top of the page on my computer. Any suggestions?

@Conor_Duncan You need to use the app to activate an account, have you tried uninstalling and then reinstalling the app? Failing that, you can contact customer service at the chat icon bottom right but if that doesn't work send a private message to support using this link
