I try to log in in my daugther account to update the paiement info. The loggin page won't work and states the email is not valid. The option "Recover your email" shows: "Please enter a valid phone number registered to your account." when I enter her (still working) phone number. Her old email address is not working. Any other way we can log into her account ?

After 8 days Customer support is still unable to fix a simple problem. They changed the email but they keep sending confirmation code to a wrong number. It's ridiculous.

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
