Can't get the stupid bot to get me to a Agent

I'm not what to do anymore with this garbage system, the stupid gives me a link to start a support ticket bit I just get a error!

I know what to do once I can actually get to message someone ...since they changed there website the stupid link the Bot gives just gives a error message and keeps taking me in circles.
