My phone isn’t working I have the number I put in my email an I have to keep doing it

Which phone you using, is it unlocked and is it compatible with PM?

Is this a new phone?  If not, did your service work before you popped your sim into your new phone?

 

Is this a new account activation?

 

Lots of questions ... Need more clarification.

We need more info.

Is your phone showing "Public Mobile" on the notification bar at the top?

If yes, can you call out and receive incoming calls?

If no, we need more info.

@Kaylacourtney  If you can make/receive calls and send/receive texts then your plan is working. What you are describing although not very clearly sounds like a configuration issue with your email 2FA.

 

If you just activated with PM and ported your number,w 48 hours and 2FA should start working again.

Yeah, you DEFINITELY need to provide more clarity if you want some help..... other than your phone not working, I have no idea what you're talking about a number you put in your email, and you have to "keep doing" what? Smiley Frustrated
