We paid for three months and I can't get past your phone is not esim compatible what am I doing wrong

When you get that message there should be an option to choose a physical sim to continue. If you force close the app and then re-open it are you stuck on the same message?
Also what kind of phone do you have? At times you might get that error despite your device having the ability to support E-SIM. If your phone is E-SIM compatible and you’ve received the welcome email, you should be able to scan the QR code to add it to your device.

@Stub This could be error message , check your welcome email for the QR code and scan it with your phone and install it and reboot the phone . If still no luck please use this direct link to support to help
