I have been trying to get into
my account and even changed passwords several times and still no luck getting into my account I still have had no luck with getting into my account and I want to change to the new 40 dollar plan u have and still no luck need help at my Witt’s end tired of doing this please help asap please

@Hooter Using Incognito mode should help.
If you have any dark mode extension like "Dark Reader", disable it,
If your error is "Page Expired", it is simply an issue with saved password. After you picked the password from the saved list, do not click Login, wait 5 second and browser will login for you
And curious, any chance you also have an account with Telus Self-Serve?

Have you tried a different browser, different device, non-mobile browser, use incognito mode?
