Can’t get into my account to cancel payments

it is my dad’s account and he is now too ill to use phone so I am trying cac for him. I will try icon below

@Amar1969   What happens when you try, where are you getting stuck with the log in?  Are you changing providers?  If so and you are transferring your phone number your Public Mobile account will cancel automatically once the port is complete.  If none of this helps, you can contact customer service by opening a support ticket at the chat icon bottom right of this page.
