OK I’m in a bit of a weird situation. I took my new iPhone 16 Pro Max to Apple exchange it for a different colour and during the process the gentleman working there did not click transfer eSIM and it was too late so I thought OK no problem. I could do that when I get home so then I tried to log into my email outlook, and if someone has tried logging in multiple times, failing it will lock your account and you have to reset it which I’ve done before but with my number so now I’m kind of screwed because I can’t get into my email. I don’t have access to my number and when I try to log into Public Mobile it wants to send confirmation to my email which I can’t access

Hi there, this isn’t my original Public Mobile account. I had to create a new one so I could make a post. I am not able to log into my normal Public Mobile account because I don’t have access to my email. The only way I can access it is by sending a confirmation to my number But that doesn’t work because I don’t have an eSIM

@Brandyncam If you see option says “didn’t get code “ tap it and you should get option to send code to email instead , just log into the app and de buy eSIM and you will keep same phone number and plan . But if you can’t get logged in still just because to help . And note the system should credit you back the cost of the eSIM if not support will credit it back for you either way
