Hi there, I have 1 account that I'm logged into now for this message but trying to setup a second account with a different email. Trying to take advantage of the boxing week sale. I have tried from my PC as well as the phone app to create this account and I don't get the 6 digit code to setup my account. I've checked my spam folder for that account of course and there's nothing... HELP

@Kbiccum if you click on "resend code" does it give you several options to receive the code? For me I can have codes sent by text, email or voice message but I might be seeing different options because I already have an active account

Just saw your second reply. I don't see an option for "didn't get a code" I only have the option to resend code.

I just installed the app for the first time on the phone that is going to get the account setup so it's a new install, so a mention of it online... I just tried a backup email address and again no luck. Checked my spam too.

@Kbiccum, do you see an option to click on that says "Didn't get code"? If you do, click on it and select to receive by email. I helped setup my dad yesterday as a new customer and his email message was in his junk folder. If you are still not finding it you'll need to reach out to a support agent.
You will need to open a ticket through the Chatbot:

maybe try a different email address
and you were using the app? uninstall and reinstall and try with the different email
