Can't find my account!! No service. I wanted to update with a new credit card

@ssivret When did you last pay for your plan? If it's more than 4 months likely your account has been closed.

Did you activate at the store? If you did, was the self serve opened? It has to be done manually.

@ssivret when was the last time that you had service, what do you mean by can't find account and what's the message that you get when you dial 611? Also, is your phone showing emergency services only? Thanks. Stay safe.
