Can't find eSIM manager on my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G (SM-G981W)

Hi,

I'm traveling to Europe and would like to use a temporary eSim for my trip. I would like to install the eSim but I can't find the sim manager in the menu of my Samsung Galaxy S20 5G (SM-G981W). 

I'm running One UI 5.1 and all the latest security patch. I looked in the Samsung website and from what I understand the feature should be available for my model.

Could Public Mobile block that feature? how can I manage eSim with the phone?

Hi Kenneth,

Sorry these links don't have the information to solve my problem. I literally can't find the menu SIM Card Manage on my Phone. After a quick google search I found this page, the article suggested that the menu could be block by the carrier.

You know, I've been to Europe once. Years ago I went backpacking through Western Europe, I was just outside Barcelona hiking in the foothills of Mount Tibidabo. I was at the end of this path and I came to a clearing, there was a very secluded lake and there were tall trees all around, it was dead silent and across the lake I saw a beautiful woman bathing herself... but she was crying....  I handed her a tissue and said...
