You will need to send a private message to the @CS_Agent, giving them your phone number and 4 digit PIN, Account email address.

It should only get deactivated if you port out or your phone has been expired for more than 90 days. In these cases the account is gone.
If you do not know your password contact the mods and ask them to reset
