Hi,
I signed up with public mobile a few months ago at wal-mart, porting over my old number. Currently, if I try to get into self-serve, it won't let me in, and if I try to create an account the phone number I ported over is not recognized.
What should I do?

Did you received a PM welcome email after activation?
If not, there may be a typo by Walmart rep. Create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.

If the 10 digit number is not recognised then you will need to contact the moderators. By creating a ticket using the chatbot (green question mark)
Is it possible the Walmart employee created an account for you? Try the lost password feature and enter the email you typically use. If your email is on record it will take tlyiu to the next step.
