Site seems to be faulty today, have never had issues before other than it’s extermey slow to load pages, like it’s on dial up internet or something!!
Problem is:
i can’t change my plan as the page won’t load correctly and I can’t see the plan offer!!,
ive tried all the different browsers and no luck.....

@Brow, I've found that the self-serve does strange things on a regular basis - Overview page normally is fine, but going into other tabs, sometimes the screens are slow, and in some cases do not display any information.
Normally, it's resolved within a few minutes.

This happened to me sometimes, as when you have multiple tabs open with the account page, the page starts to load slowly.
I assumed you have used incoginito mode, and IE, or Edge, firefox with clean browser cookie and cache, right?
I can't recommend more options but just to wait.
