Can’t change Card on Account

I keep trying to change my payment method to my current visa debit card and it won’t work.

I had to get my brother to use his card and give him the cash but I keep trying to change it to my card because it’s a pain for both of us. 

It just says not able to process request.

any help please? I know my debit used to work fine on this account and it as the same card a year ago.

Honestly, the best route I've taken to help others who've I've set up on Public Mobile is to use the app. I find the app is much better at taking payments. If you are already using the app, if it's an Android, go into the app settings and then clear the cache. Then clear the data. Then reboot the phone and log back in and try again. This usually resolves it. If it's an iPhone, delete the app, reboot, redownload the app and try again. This too has worked for me.

The payment system/website is finicky at times.  

You could clear cache first, incognito mode or a different web browser.  Or a different device itself.

@Andre2825  Best if you can wait full 24 hours and try using the app uninstall it and reinstall and allow location services within the app when you first open it back up and it should work
