As mentioned in Subject, why I can't call 800 and 888. There are so many complaints, does someone really care to fix the issue? @CS_Agent

it is a system glitch, but not everyone experiencing that.
To resolve, ask PM agent to refresh your account.
submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".
(If unable to receive 2FA SMS, click "Didn't Receive Code" or "Resend Code" and Select "Send Email")
