I ported my number from Bell to PM few days back. I have the 150GB for $165 for 90 days package. I get a voice prompt saying that I have used up all my minutes when I call US numbers and even some domestic numbers. My understanding was that this is the highest package from PM and it has unlimited talk and text for Canada and the US. What could be the issue? The mobile app doesn’t show talk or text usage. It only shows data usage. Please help

@DonRu1 you are not in Quebec? none of the current non Quebec plan include calling to US. You have to buy US calling add-on to call US:
1000 U.S. Long Distance Minutes - $15.00 (10 Rewards points) all 50 states, plus Pureto Rico and the US Virgin Islands
A free workaround is to use VoIP app TextNow and you can call US for free
