Need to call car insurance and it’s a 1-844 number, have talk on plan but public mobile giving message don’t have this on plan and can’t call. Need assistance please .
I had a similar issue during the early days when I joined this service. The problem self corrected for me. Did you include 1 in the number? If so there's a possibility that the problem could be account provisioning related in which case you need to reach out to the moderator team to have it looked into.
