Hello,
I recently signed up for Public Mobile, data is working (both send and receive), but I cannot make/receive any calls or send any messages.
I tried putting the sim card in my husbands phone (same make and model, and a Public Mobile client with no issues), and he gets the same issue.
Please advise, thank you

Definitely reach out to the moderators. Porting doesn't take this long. As a suggestion if you decide to sign up another account in the future, take a temporary number during activation. After activation is complete, to back into your account to use the number change option to port. This way, you will at least have a number to use right away. Being assigned a temporary number always works.

@taranl, did you happen to include a number port in your activation. It looks like it based on the symptoms. If so, have you waited a couple of hours for the port to complete. If so, then it looks like you have a stuck port and will need moderator team support to resubmit the port. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link.
