Can't buy US roaming talk/text

I have $15 credit on my account. I want to buy 15 days of US roaming talk/text. Have tried to do that about 3 times. Every time it says the purchase was made but when I check my account the $15 is still showing in available funds and there's not indication of US roaming talk/text on my account.  How to resolve?

@Bonavista Try using incognito/private browsing mode when making the purchase. Or try the PM app and see if that works.
