Hello,
I juste received my new SIM card. I put the SIM in my phone and I downloaded the Public Mobile app. When I log into the app with the right credentials, nothing is happening and I go back on the login form so I am stuck.
I uninstalled the app, cleared the cache, reinstalled it and still have this issue.

Question, you completed your sign up and got a phone number... right? If so, have you tried to reboot your phone? What about trying the SIM card in a different phone? Sometimes the SIM card needs to be reprovisioned. This happened when I helped friends sign up on Samsung Android phones.
