Can’t activate e sim and can’t port my number either

I am trying to port my number from Roger’s to public mobile. I have rogers SIM card and want to get a e sim with public mobile but whenever I try to finish the process in app it fails everytime when I click the activate button. I have already paid for the service. Also I am not able to contact any customer service agent even through chat. How to do that?

I have tried reaching out to the Cs agent and they did reply back but they let me know I can have an e sim and I should contact them when I get a sim with public mobile. I want to transfer my number from Roger’s but public mobile has no customer service nor are they helping.
