Can't access my data

Hi, I can't access any of my data, even though i have a 12GB plan as well as added 1GB plan. I can't see any of my usage or add ons either. stopped working yesterday.

@ChrisS25, unless it just re-appears and starts working (doubt it), I would get in touch with moderators.

first, thank you for the reply.
No, my renewel doesn't happen until the 8th and no, my data and add on's don't show up even though my plan clearly includes 12GB of data and I also added on an extra 1GB a couple of months ago when i was close to exceeding my limit. I've never activated that extra GB. neither show up in "My Data & add ons".
The 12GB is 3G, i believe.

Check the APN again and restart your phone.
Which phone are you using?
If you have a LG smartphone, you need to do a network reset, restart to get data working after changing newtork.

When I activated my account, it told me to update my cellular data options to ensure I can access my data.
I went in to my cellular network options and made sure that the APN code was correct. They have a site that you can check for your specific device.
I’m not sure if this is the problem you’re having or not!

Hey @ChrisS25, Is that a 3G plan or an LTE plan? Also, did your renewal just happen? There have been reported insidents that the data on some 3G plans does not renew (reload) when the plan renews. Does your self serve show no data plan at all? If so, something is messed up with your account. You would need to get in touch with moderator team (via private message) to have them correct this.
