I can’t use my data no texting or searching the web yet I can make phone calls. When I log in to public I have lots of data left. I have been trying everything and I need help

This happened to me too last night! I made a ticket. If I find a solution, I'll post it.

Thanks for the information I just had Apple look at things I also updated my phone as they thought that might help. As you mention they mentioned trying another SIM card which I will do shortly.. if that doesn’t work I will do what you mentioned as to the ticket. Thank you!
im not happy with the IOS 26 update .. I’m sure I’ll get use to it ☺️

Can you also.check if your sim card works on another phone?
If you tried Resetting Network Settings and still no data, ask PM to re-provision the account on the system
Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen

I should mention then that my texts only go through to android phones not iPhones unless I’m using wifi I’m not a new subscriber and it started two days ago.

I have an IPhone 12 mini. Not a new activation and I am quite sure I’ve tried everything from rebooting etc. This started two days ago I’ve never experienced this. Two days ago I had thought I’d seen a quick notification that I’d used up my data (really it came and went) I was surprised as this never happens. I signed in to public and it shows lots of data left. I also looked at the VPN mine has ISP

Texting does not use data. If you can make and receive calls then texting should work.
Are you a new subscriber? Or this issue started just recently?

What phone do you have?
Is this a new activation?
Try reboot phone and Reset Network Settings
