Hi,
I just activated and trying to log back in to port phone # over from koodo.
But, system doesn't let me log in. It doesn't even recognize my email address when
I tried to reset password(thought I messed up with password)
Can someone help?

Hi.
I am new myself.
and having trouble log into the self serve.
From what I know, there is 4 MOD.
But i only know 3 of them.
They are
- Shazia_K
- Mary_M
- Saray_O.
Send them a message..

Ok! So I've solved this! I logged into my account and added this plan on the My Plan tab. It took me about 20 mins to have it go through and not get the error message. Keep trying!

How was this solved? I'm having the exact same issues. Can't log in, credit card was charged, and I got an error message saying " Sorry, your account activation request has failed. Please visit our online community at href=" https://publicmobile.ca/community" Target="_blank">publicmobile.ca/community for assistance"

It's only getting worse and worse.
PM charged my credit card for full amount I originally purchased.
No account, no service, very very frustrating few hourse.
Reading other posts, my patience will be tested to the limit and beyong...
What should I do?

My husband and I signed up together.
But, email I got from public mobile had conflicting/wrong information regarding
autopay period. And I got several (same) emails.
On the other side, my husband got only one email with no conflicting/wrong
information in it.
