I recently disabled or forced stop some apps I don't use on my phone. Since then I can't access my data. I've had my phone for 2 years and have not had issues accessing data when away from wi-fi. I checked and data usage shows 0 since June 1st. Not sure what I need to do to access data when out and about. I have wi-fi , bluetooth, selected. Flight mode is off. Mobile Networks, data roaming is selected, Access Point names has mobile internet selected. Network operators I have select automatically selected. Mobile hotspot and tethering has mobile hotspot selected. More connections settings has nearby device scanning selected. On the same page Auto update system configurations is selected.
Any help is appreciated.

S23 works perfect in this network
you don't need to turn on Data Roaming at all
make sure you delete non PM sim card and eSIM, delete VPN profile. Then Reboot phone and click Reset network settings
if it does not work, and if you are using physical sim, test the sim card using another phone. But if you are using eSIM, use the PM app to buy a new eSIM (login PM app on S23, go to Account, choose Purchase sim card and select eSIM)
