I tried to sign into my account and it tells me "Sorry, your login attempt failed. Please try again."
If I try to reset my password it says "Sorry, we’re unable to verify your email address."
If I try to re-register it says "The phone number entered is invalid or you may have created your profile already. If you've forgotten your password, please click here."
When I try to send an email it tells me my email address is not the one associted with my account.

Self-serve is working just fine for me.
Did you recently activated your sim? New Number or ported in?
Did you try in another browser?
