Account created prior to EverSafe. Now, Can't login; Can't re-subscribe. I'm in a never ending password re-set loop. PLEASE help me login to my account. thank you.

If you are an longtime member before Eversafe ID, all members must create an ID before login to your account. You will need to click on Sign Up and create an ID tomorrow as the website and app is under maintenance right now.

It's a great improvement to see a banner at the beginning page of publicmobile.ca, before log in, stating the maintenance. Maybe it's why we're not seeing the usual flood of people asking about not being able to log in. Good stuff. Some real actual kudos to the marketing department.
I can still log in here though.
