After logging in I am asked to continue my registration, I click continue and it just goes back to the login page. Is there a way to reset my account so I can login?

Closer, the problem is after logging I am asked to sign up for a plan but I already have a working plan. When I enter my SIM number I am told it is already used. How can I reset my account so I don't need to "Activate" when I log in?

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.

Try downloading the public mobile app and using that.
