I went to update my credit card information and when I went to sign in, the code will only be sent by email which I don't have that email address anymore.

Once your account is suspended, you can’t have the 2FA code sent by text.
Meanwhile, you can purchase a voucher and dial 611 to make a payment and active your account from these locations:

@Tey59 - was there an option to receive an SMS to your phone? Go that route.
