Can't Change or Add new plan

My account was suspended so I paid the amount due. Now I would like to add a new plan but the site crashes every time I try.

@JadwigaK As you have already paid the amount due, you account reactivated your current plan.

Once you regain access to your account, click Change Plan and follow the directions to choose your plan BUT pick Change at next renewal otherwise you will be paying twice.

@JadwigaK  If you account was suspended it would have been better to change your plan first to the new one and then re-activated your account. If you phone is still suspended you can still do it.

@JadwigaK just letting you know if you change to the new plan immediately, your current plan will be cancelled and you will forfeit the remainder of data/min/TXT.

@JadwigaK Clear your cache and cookies and use browser in incognito mode. Also, just in case, add extra 1$ over your amount due.
