Good to know! I haven’t had to remove something, but poking around the site I had the impression that you could alter your plan and addons independently. 🤷♀️😊🤦♀️

You are looking at the charges and credits for your account. You should be able to go back to your plan to make changes to the account and remove the Accidental addon.
good luck! 😊

Hi @sp2017
Ok you have to look at this from the standpoint of your account.
Credit card topup are credit to the account both the manual (25 that you did) and the automatic (6)
For your credit card that's definitely debit
Autopay reward is credit for both your account and you
The USA minutes purchase is debit for both your account and you
To get it back if you didn't use it you can ask moderators
They don't have to give it back so be very nice you are increasing the chances for positive outcome, don't get mad if it doesn't work, maybe try again in couple of days

@sp2017 PM is prepaid they don't give refunds. To receive a credit and there is no guarantee you will get it. Contact the moderators and ask them nicely for it. Explain that the addon purchase was a mistake. There are 2 ways to contact the Moderator Team:
Keep an eye on the envelope top right of your screen. The mods answer will show up there. Stay safe.

Policy is no refunds on plans and add-ons. If a moderator understands that you made a mistake, they might credit you for the long ditsance add-on, but they don't have to.
From your payment history, it looks that you did a manual top up of your plan fee of $25. At the time of renewal, you received a credit of $2 for being a customer for 2 years. That meant that you had $2 of extra account balance. That means that only $6 had to be manually topped up to pay for the $8 add-on.
