Can not process payment

My subscription ended today and I went to pay it, but it keeps saying that they "can not process your payment at this time". I have tried both online, on the app and via *611 on the phone. None are working. What do I do now?

Dod you try calling 1-855-4PUBLIC? See if that works.

hi @SierraLarocque7 wait an hour and try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser 

Also, you can get a voucher from Shoppers drugs mart and dial *611 to load the voucher and reume service first

try clearing your system cache and cookies and use an incognito or private tab to access the site.

If you are  in a bind, you could also purchase payment vouchers available at many gas stations , 7-Eleven or Shoppers drug Mart and apply them using 611 or self serve.
