Can not make phone calls or receive calls

Hi, I just got a new phone that uses a nano sim card, so I requested a replacement sim card. Then I used change sim card option in My Account. After that, my 4g network works, text message works, but I can not make or receive calls.  The only number I can call is  voicemail. Anyone knows what's going on?

@OHOHO are you able to make and recieve calls now? If you are still experincing problem with using service. Please verify SIM card number in Self-Serve. If the problem presists follow @Cyber instructions to contact us.

Are you an older client of Public Mobile (before January 27, 2015) ? If YES, you can ask support by calling *611 from your mobile phone.

 

 

 

If not, you have to send an email to Public Mobile.

 

 

How to send an email ?

Then, at the bottom right of the page, click on "Email away" button.

yes, several times, and also tried to take out the sim card and put it back in, still doesnt work.
