Dear support,
I already bought an eSIM on web browser and the subscription $19 for 1G data.
I download the App for my Iphone. However I can active eSIM for my subscription follow the steps of your system.
Please help.

is that eSIM showing up on the phone? Go to Settings, them cellular and check
if it is there, just make sure it is set as Primary and set Turn on this line
While you are there , also make sure that old sim card or eSIM is disabled, for the old set , disable Turn on this line

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the Public Mobile app and see if you can get things going that way.
