I bought a sim card but most of the time my friends can not call me, they said to me your phone is busy but my phone is not busy.

This seems to be a common problem with people that post about their phone issues. That, and some of them post their issue(s), and then don't hang around to see the responses..... although, I suspect that most of them check back later, because they don't expect people here to respond very quickly.

Quite possibly, if you ported your number from another carrier, it is not yet complete. You did not provide many details. Porting can take several hours or in to next day. If you have your previous sim, insert into your phone to use while number is being ported. When sim stops working, insert PM sim and port is now complete.

They call you and get a busy signal?
Make sure they are dialing your number correctly.
Are you able to call yourself from another phone?
If you answered yes both times, you should contact Moderators to inform them of this issue.
It may help to find out who their phone provider is to inform Moderators.
There may be a backend issue related to your account.

Need more information. Can you call out? Send/receive messages? Etc. Just off the top. Do you have airplane mode or do not disturb enabled?

@najneh It would help if you provided more detail, such as when you signed up for PM service, and whether or not you can make calls, send texts, & access data, etc. Also, did you port a previous phone # in to PM.... did you use Self Serve on PM's site, or did you get an account activated in a store?
