I just set up this account and can’t get the network to work. Saying the account is active but won’t work. Frustrating.

OK, so what make and model of phone are you using ?
Does it show as Public Mobile on the phone ?

Try rebooting your phone and power the phone off by holding down the power button and power off then power the phone back on.
