Hello community goers, was just wondering as a new member; Beyond the payment confirmation email - is there an email for shipping or is it just relative to the confirmation email that “estimates” the ship date. I understand that there is no tracking - that’s fine.
I hope I am clear enough - if not:
TLDR: any further confirmation of shipped physical sim?

I got a confirmation email after I placed my order on Black Friday, and the email said the SIM shipment was in progress but didn't receive an email that the SIM had shipped out. My SIM arrived within 3 business days in my mailbox.

I did chat briefly with support prior to the maintenance today, I bought myself and another family physical SIMs via the BF/Cyber sales, so it’s been at least 3-4 days.
Well if there is no further emails - then I’ll have to hope that they’ll be shipped and hopefully arrive before Xmas! The estimated delivery said roughly around next week but knowing it’s holiday season and CanPost usually gets bombarded. We’ll wait then.

Am e-mail message is suppsoed to be sent but it often doesnt' happen. The shipping confirmation doesn't usually contain an additional information as SIM cards are usually sent by regular mail.

I got confirmation email after I put the order in, but there will not be another email for shipping
how long you bought your sim? it could take as many as 3 weeks, but usually quicker
