I ported my number from Telus, and can access data, but not the cellular network. I've looked at help articles, and nothing has helped. Does anyone know the exact step to take to solve this. I'd really like to be able to send texts and make and receive calls over the cell network.

hi @LeahMN83 important question is can you receive inbound calls on the PM sim card
but I have sent you the porting team phone number to your community inbox. call them and confirm if porting was done

@LeahMN83 If the Telus sim still works then the ports not complete . But first try and rebbot the phone and test again . I’ll send you the porting team private message they can give update on the port and re trigger it if needed

I cannot make outbound calls. I've tried messaging support, but just get a bot. I'd love to talk to a person.

I did reply YES to the confirmation text to port. I'm not sure about the Telus SIM working or not.

@LeahMN83 Did you leave the Telus sim in the phone to reply YES to the confirmation text to port ?and does the Telus sim still work ?

hi @LeahMN83 you can't even make outbound calls?
if you cannot make outbound calls, message support and ask them to check if the account was setup properly
if you can make outbound calls, just can't receive incoming, then it is a porting issue and need to talk to porting support team
