There is a space to enter one but all the one I tried got refused as "invalid promo code" although it was validated by others who used it. So ?!?

If you're an older customer before Jan 25th 2022 and are still on the legacy rewards program, that is your reward. That is how they keep you. If you're on the new points system, that's not a way to keep you. The way they keep you here is offer you better plans. You can change plans at any time with no charge, no admin fees. You can change your plan 10 times a year if you wanted with no extra fees.  That is what keeps you here.

Are there not some automatic rewards or something ?

No extra incentives to change plans.  Most companies will offer incentives for new customers and not for existing ones.

I am referring to a "change subscription", then in "Choose the speed and subscription that's right for you", selecting by clicking on the plan (here Black Friday 34$ 30Gb 5G), then "change on renewal" which lead to a page where we can click "Confirm Subscription Change on Renewal Date". There is a promo code box to add one on that page.

@lgpm99

There are no promo codes active right now that I know of.  There have been no promo codes in the past when you change subscriptions that I know of.  Ignore that box.

If you mean refer-a-friend code, you can't use again when you change subscription.  That code can be only used once when you activate your PM account for the first time.

WOW. I need more coffee. I was more focused on the body of the conversation than the title. Good catch @Phil_Adelphus

@lgpm99 You can NOT use a referral code when changing subscriptions. Referral codes are only used when you first sign up with Public Mobile. There are no "Promo Codes" that are going on right now that we've been made aware of.

@lgpm99   If this is the referral code I don't think it would be accepted for an existing customer that is just changing a subscription.

@lgpm99

I’ve never had a promo code from PM to add into this spot.

If you are referring to the referral code from a friend or family to enter. It will be on step 4 in the review/payment section.

Hi @lgpm99

Please confirm with the person who is referring you that the code they are giving you is the correct one.

If you're still having issues entering the referral code, please contact a CS Agent to assist you with it.
