Can I use someone else's phone to reactivate my phone

My keypad on my phone doesn't work properly am wondering if I can use a different phone to pay my bill

@Micker if you're looking to use the *611 IVR interface, you'll need to insert your sim into a different (unlocked) phone to do so.

If you wish to use self-serve (My Account) interface, you can do it from any web browser on any device.

Far as I know you cannot use somebody else's phone to pay via  611. But you can always go online and pay through the self - serve website.
